Work Site Environment: Fruit and vegetable combination farming, Other miscellaneous crop farming, Outdoors, Confined spaces, Wet/damp, Noisy, Odours, Dusty, Hot
Requirements:
Language: Candidates must have knowledge of English.
Education: Candidates do not require standard educational qualifications such as high school, bachelor’s degree, certificate, or diploma.
Experience: Candidate does not need experience, but experience is an advantage
Physical Requirements:
- Candidates must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidate must be able to meet deadlines and perform repetitive tasks.
- Candidate must be able to handle heavy loads and have attention to detail.
- Candidates must be able to work with eye-hand coordination and be able to distinguish between colors.
- Candidate must be able to work overtime.
- Candidates must be physically demanding, including a combination of sitting, standing, walking, prolonged standing, bending, crouching, kneeling, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Candidates must be able to perform tasks such as manually harvesting vegetables, harvesting seedlings, hoeing crops, sorting vegetables, and harvesting crops.
- Candidate must be able to operate and maintain agricultural machinery and equipment
